Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team, focusing on cyber breach document review. The ideal candidate will work closely with data analysts to assist in producing high-quality deliverables, translating client requests into actionable directives, and ensuring smooth project coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Document Review & Quality Assurance: Review and assess cyber breach related documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist Data Analysts: Collaborate with data analysts to support the production of deliverables, ensuring data integrity and alignment with client specifications.
- Client Request Translation: Work with clients to understand and translate the requirements into clear directives for the team, ensuring timely and precise execution of tasks.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and task prioritization to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues in the review process and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance overall quality.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in Cyber Review or Data Breach or Incident Response is helpful, not required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, and text functions.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity and Canopy (helpful but not mandatory).
- Working knowledge of VBA or Python for scripting and automation (preferred but not essential).
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
