Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team, focusing on cyber breach document review. The ideal candidate will work closely with data analysts to assist in producing high-quality deliverables, translating client requests into actionable directives, and ensuring smooth project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Review & Quality Assurance: Review and assess cyber breach related documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist Data Analysts: Collaborate with data analysts to support the production of deliverables, ensuring data integrity and alignment with client specifications.
• Client Request Translation: Work with clients to understand and translate the requirements into clear directives for the team, ensuring timely and precise execution of tasks.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and task prioritization to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential issues in the review process and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance overall quality.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experience in Cyber Review or Data Breach or Incident Response is helpful, not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, and text functions.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity and Canopy (helpful but not mandatory).
• Working knowledge of VBA or Python for scripting and automation (preferred but not essential).

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
