ABOUT THE ROLE

Join SC Johnson's Walmart Corporate Account Team as a Senior Analyst, Customer Supply Chain! You'll be instrumental in achieving our goals for case fill, promotional execution, in-stock levels, and key supply chain initiatives. You will facilitate collaboration between SC Johnson and Walmart's cross-functional teams, including Sales, Replenishment, Product Supply, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Manage our end-to-end supply chain with Walmart, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution. Additionally, you will support our operations team to keep shipping backlogs low and deliveries on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of both SCJ’s and Walmart’s key objectives

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with SCJ sales teams, Walmart counterparts, and SCJ supply chain functions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve objectives such as case fill, in-stock levels, event execution, and efficiency compliance.

• Engage in detailed customer-level planning at national, distribution center, and store levels, utilizing SCJ and Walmart systems and analytical tools to create inventory and demand analyses.

• Monitor weekly reports and scorecards, proactively communicating with SCJ cross-functional partners and Walmart Replenishment to implement corrective actions when necessary.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of successful experience in Supply Chain

• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Strong Analytical skills (specifically able to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights

• Previous Collaboration Planning Forecasting Replenishment (CPFR) experience is a significant plus, including Scintilla

• Excellent verbal/written communication and delivery skills at all levels

• Strong knowledge of computer software (Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Power BI)

• Ability to problem solve, adapt to changing customer demands and sense of urgency

• Able to interface with multiple levels of an organization both internally and customer facing; willing to take a position and persevere in the face of significant challenge.

• Ability to complete projects/tasks within assigned timeframe sometimes with competing priorities

• This position is eligible for domestic relocation
