Description

In this role you will be working as a Subject matter expert for Certinia PSA and Salesforce applications, supporting integrations, user adoption, business analysis and standard salesforce administration.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support technical development and process re-engineering initiatives to enhance Certinia PSA and Salesforce functionality, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and support the utilization of all relevant applications, with a particular focus on Certinia PSA and Salesforce.
  • Facilitate gathering and analysis of requirements, architecting solutions, and developing integrations between Certinia PSA and other back-end financial systems.
  • Maintain and update documentation for stakeholders, emphasizing best practices and ensuring alignment with evolving processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business workflow and efficiency, including information system improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues by analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and collaborating with development teams to implement solutions.
  • Manage Salesforce administrative activities including sandbox refreshes, managed package installations, system configuration changes, software updates, and release validations.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data analysis solutions to provide insights and support business decision-making.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities for Salesforce enhancements, new features, configuration changes, and third-party applications.
  • Review Salesforce configurations, workflows, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices for system performance, security, and user experience.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to business users by managing service requests, documenting system changes, and recommending Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or an IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce Administration or equivalent Certification.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with acute attention to detail and robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and articulating complex business problems and their impacts.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM products, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.

Each of our roles is assigned a salary range that is informed by multiple sources of market data. We determine individual pay within a given range based on a candidate's prior experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. This approach allows us to offer competitive and equitable salaries that reflect the value and responsibilities of each role at CDW. Salaries are based on a 40-hour workweek, and paid on a bi-weekly payroll schedule.

Pay range: $ 85, 000- $ 117, 000, depending on experience and skill set
