Corporate FP&A is the nexus of the FP&A team at Coinbase. Our mission is to enable the wider FP&A team to be outstanding partners to the businesses they support through tooling, owning and executing seamless company-wide processes and acting as the key connection between FP&A and other parts of the finance organization.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Manage monthly and quarterly processes end-to-end, co-ordinating inputs from multiple parts of the business providing central consolidation and pulling out the key insights to elevate to senior leadership.
- Supporting the finance deliverables to a number of Coinbase local entity boards
- Lead parts of the critical finance processes at Coinbase: quarterly and annual planning, earnings preparation and monthly and quarterly close processes.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and can-do attitude
- Demonstrated success delivering process improvements working with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to summarize the key details of a complex topic for an executive audience.
- Typically we would anticipate the right candidate to have 5-10 years of relevant work experience (FP&A in a fast paced environment, investment banking or similar).
Nice to haves:
- Experience managing finance systems (especially Anaplan) is a big plus.
- Strong demonstrated crypto interest
- Experience manipulating data in SQL and building dashboards in Superset, PowerBI etc)

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range:
$130,900—$154,000 USD
