Job Duties
- Supports the development, review, and execution of contract agreements by providing detailed analysis, coordination, and operational expertise.
- Partners with sales, account management, legal, and finance to ensure contracts are accurate, financially sound, and aligned with business objectives.
- Analyzes pricing and contract terms and manages approval workflows.
- Identifies risks or inconsistencies and drives timely contract execution.
- Develops reporting and insights to improve contracting efficiency and ensures compliance with internal policies.
- Recommends process improvements to streamline deal execution and support revenue growth.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in providing contractual and sales support within a long-term care environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strict attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with external and internal parties.
- Ability to coordinate multiple assignments at any given time.
- Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
