RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract Pricing Administration & Execution
- Manage the setup, maintenance, and execution of customer contract pricing in accordance with approved contract terms and established business processes.
- Process contract pricing changes, amendments, renewals, and other pricing updates accurately and within established service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Review contract documentation and pricing requirements to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of pricing terms.
- Validate pricing setup and changes prior to implementation to minimize pricing errors and downstream financial impact.
- Ensure required contract pricing data and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and maintained appropriately.
- Monitor contract pricing activities through completion and proactively address exceptions or delays.
- Maintain a strong understanding of contract pricing structures, processes, policies, and applicable systems.
Pricing Accuracy & Controls
- Perform pricing validations and reconciliations to identify discrepancies between contracted terms and executed customer pricing.
- Investigate complex pricing discrepancies and determine root causes.
- Partner with appropriate stakeholders to resolve pricing errors and prevent recurrence.
- Monitor pricing accuracy and other key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and execution of controls designed to improve pricing accuracy and reduce financial leakage.
- Identify recurring pricing issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Support audits and other reviews related to contract pricing by providing documentation, analysis, and supporting information as needed.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze contract pricing data to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities to improve pricing execution and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics related to contract pricing performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on pricing data and root-cause analysis.
- Monitor key metrics such as pricing accuracy, processing volumes, turnaround times, exceptions, and SLA performance.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and address complex contract pricing questions.
Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Support
- Serve as a key point of contact and escalation resource for complex contract pricing questions and issues.
- Research and resolve pricing discrepancies in partnership with relevant cross-functional teams.
- Communicate pricing issues, root causes, risks, and recommended solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Coordinate resolution of pricing issues that require input or action from multiple teams.
- Provide guidance on contract pricing processes, requirements, and best practices.
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders involved in the contract pricing lifecycle.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve contract pricing accuracy, efficiency, controls, and turnaround times.
- Lead or support process improvement initiatives related to contract pricing.
- Analyze current processes and recommend practical solutions to reduce manual effort, errors, and rework.
- Support implementation of standardized processes, controls, and best practices across Contract Pricing.
- Partner with relevant teams on enhancements that improve pricing execution and accuracy.
- Measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend additional actions when necessary.
Subject Matter Expertise & Team Support
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for contract pricing processes, policies, and complex pricing scenarios.
- Provide guidance and support to junior and mid-level analysts on contract pricing activities and issue resolution.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
- Develop and maintain contract pricing procedures, job aids, training materials, and process documentation.
- Share knowledge and best practices across the Contract Pricing team.
- Independently manage complex or high-impact pricing activities with minimal oversight.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- 5+ years of experience in contract pricing, pricing administration, pricing operations, contract administration, revenue management, or a related analytical role.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex contract pricing activities and resolving pricing discrepancies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data and pricing accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience analyzing large data sets.
- Experience developing reports, metrics, and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
- Strong understanding of pricing processes, controls, and data validation.
- Ability to interpret contract terms and translate them into accurate pricing execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines and SLAs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment when resolving complex pricing issues.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or providing guidance to junior team members.
- Experience with contract management, pricing, ERP, or related business systems is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt or process improvement experience is a plus.

On-site presence is required only when necessary, such as for meetings, trainings, or collaborative activities, in alignment with the company’s telework agreement, which currently requires employees to work on-site three (3) days per week)
