The company’s Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.

  • Identify, prioritize, and lead cross-functional initiatives aligned with business performance goals.

Defect, Waste, and Risk Reduction

  • Analyze data to identify trends and systemic issues impacting quality, cost, and safety.
  • Partner with functional leaders to implement sustainable improvements that address root causes.
  • Drive programs that improve cost of quality (COQ), process reliability, and environmental and safety performance.

Knowledge Management & Lessons Learned

  • Capture and document RCAs, CAPAs, and improvement projects to build a central knowledge repository.
  • Share best practices, lessons learned, and improvement outcomes across business units.
  • Integrate CI learning into design standards, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

Culture & Capability Building

  • Train and coach cross-functional teams on Lean methods, RCA techniques, and structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone, A3).
  • Build CI capability at all organizational levels to promote proactive issue resolution and continuous learning.
  • Foster a culture that embraces data-driven decision-making and accountability for improvement.

Performance Management

  • Track and report on improvement results, KPIs, and CI project performance.
  • Quantify financial and operational benefits achieved through CI and RCA initiatives.
  • Provide visibility to leadership through dashboards, metrics, and progress updates.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Operations, or related field required.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Quality, or Operations within LNG, oil & gas, or industrial manufacturing industries.
  • Demonstrated experience leading RCA and CI initiatives with measurable results.
  • Strong background in CAPA management, process improvement, and defect elimination.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Lean tools, RCA methods, and structured problem-solving frameworks.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.

Leadership Attributes

  • Collaborative and influential leader with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • Highly organized with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communicator with a passion for driving sustainable operational excellence.
