Oversee planning and scheduling for major pipeline projects from feasibility through execution. The role requires extensive project controls experience, pipeline construction knowledge, contractor management expertise, and proficiency with Primavera P6, TILOS, Acumen Fuse, and Microsoft productivity tools.

Manage shutdown, turnaround, and outage scheduling at an LNG facility. Develop resource-loaded short-, medium-, and long-term schedules; analyze critical paths, earned value, costs, risks, resource histograms, and S-curves; monitor schedule baselines and communicate changes to stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, warranty, and project teams while improving planning and scheduling practices.

Oversee cost and project controls for Engineering and Procurement scopes on major capital projects. Responsibilities include monitoring contractor performance, progress, commitments, budgets, forecasts, actuals, and value of work done; reporting project status and issues to senior leadership; coordinating with project teams; and supporting timely, cost-effective, and contractually compliant project delivery.

Leads cost management and control for a major LNG project, overseeing budgets, forecasts, change management, contractor cost reporting, cash flow, invoice approvals, variance analysis, and integrated project reporting. Manages cost control teams, coordinates with Finance and contractors, administers EcoSys, aligns cost with schedules, monitors risks and commitments, and supports project closeout and future estimating improvements.

The Cost Analyst oversees cost controls for pipeline engineering and construction projects. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, analyzing project performance, preparing status reports, coordinating with project teams, identifying constraints and issues, supporting mitigation efforts, and communicating results to senior and executive management. The role also requires maintaining contract compliance, meeting project deadlines, promoting safe work practices, and adapting to shifting priorities.

Leads deployment, commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, and operational readiness of OT, telecom, server, network, firewall, and plant technology systems for LNG facilities. Coordinates EPC and technology vendors, supports construction and commissioning, participates in break/fix and upgrades, manages interfaces with IT, cybersecurity, and project teams, recommends infrastructure cost efficiencies, and reports project status to leadership. Travel to LNG sites and corporate locations is required as needed.

Designs and oversees instrumentation and control systems for an LNG facility. Responsibilities include I&C design and installation authority, HAZOP and RFI signoff, contractor compliance, facility upgrades, commissioning troubleshooting, PSSR closeout, system progress reviews, material substitutions, temporary modifications, and site engineering reporting.

Oversees IT policies, operations, procurement, vendor contracts, budgeting, and technology implementations. Develops RFPs and business cases, evaluates hardware and software solutions, negotiates service agreements, manages IT spending, and coordinates technology activities across the organization. Designs, configures, administers, and optimizes Coupa procurement solutions across CLM, P2P, and SIM. Manages workflows, user access, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, vendor coordination, and application governance. Partners with procurement, finance, and IT teams to improve processes, support training and change management, and ensure scalable, secure procurement platforms across company facilities.

The Senior Systems Administrator supports the design, deployment, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and upgrades of LNG plant OT, telecom, network, server, firewall, and security systems. The role coordinates with EPC contractors, vendors, IT disciplines, project management, construction, installation, and commissioning teams to ensure systems meet specifications and are ready for operations. Responsibilities also include cost optimization, technical reporting, break/fix support, and travel to LNG sites or corporate locations as needed.

Administers procurement enterprise applications, including contract lifecycle management, supplier information management, sourcing, and procure-to-pay platforms. Configures workflows, permissions, integrations, and system settings; troubleshoots production issues; supports testing, documentation, training, and change management. Partners with business users and vendors to optimize processes, manage patches, maintain security, and ensure application scalability and availability. Requires strong business and systems analysis, ERP experience, procurement platform expertise, and relationship management skills.

Supports the transition of an LNG facility from EPC to operations and helps optimize production performance. Responsibilities include maintaining forecasting and mass-balance models, monitoring KPIs and operating limits, troubleshooting operations, setting daily LNG production targets, analyzing production losses, supporting reliability initiatives, managing risks, contributing to reviews and delivery planning, and participating in engineering investigations, management of change, and root-cause analyses.

Provides technical authority for instrumentation and controls design, installation, modifications, commissioning, troubleshooting, HAZOP and MOC signoffs at an LNG facility. Reviews contractor compliance, system progress, materials, temporary modifications, PSSR closeout, and site engineering reports. Requires extensive experience with control and safety systems, PLCs, field instrumentation, OT networks, cybersecurity, alarm management, and process measurement systems. LNG facility experience is preferred.

Leads mechanical engineering and design for LNG facility equipment across capital projects from feasibility through construction. Responsibilities include equipment specifications, calculations, procurement support, vendor coordination, project estimates, schedules, work plans, commissioning procedures, construction support, hazard reviews, and troubleshooting. Supervises mechanical engineers, ensures compliance with codes and HSSE requirements, coordinates with other disciplines, and monitors engineering execution, costs, quality, and milestones.

Manages the full lifecycle of complex contracts for LNG and industrial projects, including drafting, redlining, negotiation, amendments, change orders, claims, notices, approvals, contract documentation, and closeout. Serves as the primary contractor and OEM liaison, coordinates with legal, procurement, project controls, technical teams, and management, and advises project teams on contractual requirements, risks, acceptance, warranties, insurance, and completion.

Supports corporate accounting and financial reporting by preparing journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, account analytics, statutory filings, and audit materials. Manages equity reclassifications, intangible amortization, payroll entries, and internal controls. Contributes to accounting system implementations and process automation while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
