This individual will partner closely with Commercial Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, and Data Engineering teams to ensure data is structured, modeled, and delivered to maximize business value, self-service analytics, and AI-driven capabilities. Your Job
- Own the Power BI architecture, standards, governance, and roadmap for the Commercial organization.
- Design and deliver scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, and data products that enable data-driven decision making.
- Act as a force multiplier for the Commercial Planning & Performance team by developing scalable capabilities, elevating analytical maturity, and accelerating the impact of analytics across the business
- Build reusable semantic models and reporting frameworks that support self-service analytics across global teams.
- Partner with IT and Data Engineering to influence data architecture and ensure data is optimized for analytics, reporting, and AI readiness.
- Translate commercial objectives into actionable KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
- Establish best practices for data modeling, performance optimization, security, quality, and report development.
- Lead innovation in AI-enabled analytics, automation, and insight generation to accelerate business outcomes.
- Mentor analysts and promote analytical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Expert-level Power BI experience including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, semantic models, governance, and performance optimization.
- Deep knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, enterprise data architecture, and modern BI platforms.
- Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Experience building enterprise analytics ecosystems that support governance, self-service reporting, and AI-enabled insights.
- Strong understanding of commercial and sales performance metrics, forecasting, pipeline management, revenue analytics, and executive reporting.
- Proven track record of converting complex data into actionable business insights that drive measurable results.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Architecture, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of advanced Power BI development experience within enterprise environments.
