The role supports the LATAM Commercial Analytics team through data management, reporting, dashboard maintenance, and content organization, contributing to data-driven decision-making across the region.
By transforming market and commercial data into actionable business insights, this role is also responsible for developing tools and sales force effectiveness analysis that support the commercial & medical teams in executing, tracking, and optimizing tactical initiatives.
In addition, Sr Analyst, Commercial Operations – LATAM serves as the focal point for the Veeva CRM system, ensuring data quality, system usability, training and alignment across all countries.
This position provides exposure to the pharmaceutical industry, analytics tools, CRM systems, and cross-functional collaboration across the LATAM region. The role also plays a key support function to the Sr. Specialist, Commercial Operations LATAM in building, structuring, and continuously improving reports and presentations, offering strong hands-on learning opportunities while contributing to strategic regional initiatives.
Work Model:Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
Responsibilities:- Work in partnership with LATAM commercial, medical and marketing teams to understand needs and translate into analytical reports/dashboards.
- Develop, update and maintain automated reports/dashboards (PowerBI/Excel) to monitor business performance and improve effectiveness
- Support the preparation of reports, KPIs, and presentations for LATAM monthly/quarterly business meetings.
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from CRM, sales, and other internal sources and transform them into strategic business reports/dashboards
- Support cross-functional data requests from LATAM & country Marketing, Commercial, Medical, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Point of contact for field teams regarding business performance and Veeva CRM questions.
- Ensure Veeva CRM is consistently used across field teams in the region
- Conduct Veeva CRM training session to accelerate end user adoption in LATAM
- Maintain Veeva CRM data accuracy by performing basic validations and updates.
- Lead Veeva CRM data update as well as system improvements requests
- Support the documentation of analytics processes and improvements.
- Assist contract uploading and approval process.
- Support PO, invoicing and account payable tracking.
- 3+ Years of experience working with Business Analytics, Market Intelligence, Sales force effectiveness, preferably in a pharmaceutical company
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables) and Power BI is mandatory
- Proved experience with CRM systems (Veeva/Salesforce).
- Good organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively.
- Advanced English & Intermediate Spanish is required
