- As a Senior Investment Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting credit risk assessment and portfolio performance within a global financial services organization. - Lead financial document collection and ensure timely, accurate reporting and follow-ups
- Review and analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and operating data to identify trends and risks
- Conduct annual loan reviews, assessing borrower financials, property performance, and credit risk
- Oversee site inspection reviews and highlight potential risks or red flags
- Support day-to-day operations, including prioritization, escalations, and ensuring data integrity
- Drive process improvements, support projects, and contribute to training and knowledge sharing
- 5+ years of experience in commercial mortgage underwriting, real estate finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with financial analysis tools and advanced Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
- Exposure to loan servicing or financial systems (e.g., TreppPort)
- Experience in process improvement or operational initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
