As a Senior Analyst Commercial Finance Baltics y ou will support the business stakeholders in data collection to prepare financial proposals, verify assumptions and share recommendations for integrated commercial plans to meet revenue, profitability targets and ensure the performance of activities. You will support the monthly forecasting execution and delivery of overall objectives, while ensuring the integrity and timeliness of deliverables. You will also manage a third-party service provider during the month closing and rolling forecasts planning.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Execute revenue and profitability aspects of business planning together with the business stakeholders (annual & rolling forecasts, target development, price increase, product mix management, A&C planning and execution).
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.
  • I2M projects alignment with the category strategy & financial targets and support scale up of ideas within Commercial Unit.
  • Raise awareness to the business opps & risks based on segment and innovation performance.
  • Run financial modelling and decision support within a country sales and marketing team.
  • Execute data collection to cover the monthly closing process and monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as requested, providing critical financial perspective and insight for business strategies and decisions.
  • Support projects to improve efficiencies and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Be part and contribute to a high-performing Finance team.


What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • EXPERIENCE of 6 years + within finance with analysis and planning.
  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis (incl. month closing and forecasting)
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN and a basic understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market. Relevant experience in a regional (or sizeable local) business
  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS collaboration and communication skills within a larger Finance team and Commercial partners. Team player with can do mentality to deliver results
  • GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations

Education / Certifications:
University degree in Finance or similar field
Preferred SAP knowledge
An extensive finance background gained within FMCG
