This is an exciting opportunity for you to become part of a team responsible for ensuring our cloud services are managed to the needs of our rapidly changing business. The work will be fast-paced, challenging, and often across new or emerging cloud technologies. YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

• 5+ years' hands-on experience designing, deploying and supporting large-scale AWS environments.

• Strong expertise across AWS services including EC2, VPC, Lambda, Route 53, CloudFront, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail and CloudFormation.

• Strong understanding of networking, security, high availability, disaster recovery and multi-region cloud architectures.

• Experience with Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS), middleware technologies (WebSphere, MQ) and database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, RDS).

• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation and CI/CD using tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Git and related DevOps technologies.

• Experience migrating workloads from on-premises environments to AWS.

• Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools including Splunk, ELK and Geneos.

• Familiarity with scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java and JavaScript.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and supporting mission-critical systems.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.

• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
