Job DescriptionThe Feature Analyst plays a critical role in shaping, defining, and delivering client-facing features on the Client Management Services / Digital Client Platforms. Acting as the bridge between business, product, architecture, and technology delivery teams, the role focuses on translating client and operational needs into clearly defined features that can be delivered incrementally and at scale across markets.
The Feature Analyst ensures that platform capabilities align to client journeys, regulatory requirements, operational models, and strategic objectives, while supporting Agile delivery through high‑quality feature definition, prioritisation, and acceptance.

- Demonstrate an ability to review initiatives from inception to completion, analyse lessons learnt and assess opportunities for improvement to create more impactful execution. Able to provide evidence of continuous improvement projects driven through data analysis and lessons learned.
