As Senior Analyst - Change Management, you will play a crucial role in facilitating organizational change initiatives at Wesco. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing change management strategies to improve business processes, systems, and technology across the organization. You must possess a deep understanding of change management principles and have a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in a large, complex organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes across the organization.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to support change initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that change management activities are aligned with project objectives and company goals.
- Facilitate communication and training efforts to enhance understanding and engagement among employees at all levels.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, providing reports and feedback to senior management.
- Serve as a change advocate, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation within the organization.
- Mentor and train new change management analysts.
- Contribute to the growth of the change management practice by creating and sharing change collateral.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Organizational Psychology, Business, Finance, Communications, Human Resources preferred
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, behavioral science, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage complex change initiatives in a large, distributed organization
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear and actionable plans
- Ability to present to all layers of an organization, especially senior management and executive leadership
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process)
- High-level of proficiency in the Microsoft suite, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- 3 years of experience in a related industry like IT, finance, supply chain, or logistics preferred
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and work structure preferred
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading team members in a professional setting preferred
- Working knowledge of Miro, Jira, and Monday.com preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25%
