• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement that enhance customer and client satisfaction.
• Provide support in process optimization initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
• Document process changes and improvements for future reference.
• Communicate process-related insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze performance data to evaluate customer satisfaction.
• Assist in creating and maintaining training initiatives, including:
  • Curriculum development
  • Documentation and instructional materials
  • Planning and scheduling training sessions
  • Communication strategies for training rollouts
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with business goals.
• Work closely with team members on project tasks to ensure successful execution.
• Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to customer experience and training.

Location - Employees located within 25 miles of a DXC office or client site will be required to work onsite at minimum 2 times per week.
