About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Operations Support Analyst to support our team in streamlining operations and ensuring efficient business processes. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks, providing operational support, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

○ Support facilities BAU through handling of high-volume administrative tasks for facilities teams

○ Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.

○ Provide general administrative support to program teams

○ Assist in developing and implementing efficient operational processes.

○ Prepare reports and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

○ Data source management and data gathering for centralised reporting

○ Support data extraction, transformation, and analysis using tools like Google Sheets, Google Plx and business intelligence platforms (Smartsheet, Looker Studio etc)

○ Review of systems data to ensure information is always up-to-date and accurate

○ Provide support for projects as assigned, including project planning, execution, and monitoring

○ Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

○ Support the drafting of newsletters and managing a communications schedule


Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

● Proven experience in an administrative or operational role.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

● Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Process oriented with strong analytical skills in problem identification & resolution

● Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation (nice to have)

● Proficient in English
