- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that track key marketing and client development metrics and proactively identify insights and opportunities to improve marketing performance and client engagement.
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives across channels, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and inform marketing strategy.
- Leverage CRM and other firm systems to analyze client, prospect, and relationship data, including segmentation and engagement analyses to support targeted marketing and business development strategies.
- Develop and apply analytical frameworks to measure the impact and return on investment of marketing initiatives, client programs, and strategic campaigns.
- Partner with marketing and client development teams to support data-driven decision-making across practices and industries.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing technology tools, including email marketing systems, Cvent, Google or Adobe Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx, Tableau Prep) and the ability to structure complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and strong communication skills, with the ability to present analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; experience in agile delivery models is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant professional or technical certifications are a plus.
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or data analysis, including experience in marketing, customer, or sales analytics.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
- This role follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work onsite at our Office Location four (4) days per week
