In this role, you’ll be the dedicated analytics partner to Finance, Product, and Engineering —helping shape how we measure performance, optimise spend, and drive strategic decision-making within these departments. You’ll collaborate with Analytics Product Managers, Data Engineering, and key partners to deliver trusted insights, scalable analytics solutions, and data-driven recommendations that guide strategy and accelerate growth. This is a strategic, high-impact role with autonomy, ownership, and a direct line of influence on how the overall business grows.

  • Advise with Influence: Act as a thought partner to Finance, Product, and Engineering leadership—sharing proactive performance readouts and recommendations to shape departmental plans and initiatives.

  • Develop Insightful Scaled Analytics Products: Build and maintain scalable analytics products, including dashboards, curated datasets, reporting templates, and self-serve tools relevant to Finance, Product, and Engineering.

  • Strengthen Data Foundations: Partner with Data Engineering to define reliable data models and support data tracking, QA, and cross-platform consistency for Finance, Product, and Engineering data.

  • Enable Experimentation & Planning: Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and test-and-learn analysis to improve financial efficiency, product adoption, and engineering resource allocation.

  • Continuously Monitor & Improve: Monitor key KPIs (e.g., COGS, ARR, LTV, feature usage, sprint velocity, bug resolution rates) and proactively flag trends, risks, or anomalies to drive better outcomes.

Required Experience
  • 5+ years in analytics, BI, or strategy roles, with 3+ years focused on financial, product, or engineering analytics (B2B SaaS strongly preferred).

  • Advanced SQL skills; proficiency with Looker or Tableau.

  • Scripting / automation skills (e.g., Python or R)

  • Experience in financial modeling or product analytics.

  • Hands-on experience with financial systems or product analytics tools.

  • Strong communicator with a proven ability to turn analysis into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

  • Understanding of data modeling, ETL workflows, QA processes, and scalable reporting infrastructure.

Preferred Experience
  • Master’s degree or MBA in Analytics, Finance, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience using dbt for transformation and documentation

  • Exposure to data science techniques such as predictive modeling, regression analysis, or propensity scoring
