Role
We are looking for a Senior Analyst - Business Insights & Analytics to join our team in a hybrid capacity in Bangalore, reporting to the Sr. Manager, GTM Operations in the GTM Operations department. The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future and further cement our position as the world leader in cloud security. Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Delivering complex data analysis for management using Gsuite, Snowflake, and Tableau to drive informed decision-making
- Managing projects to improve stakeholder visibility into business metrics, ensuring alignment and accuracy from ideation to deployment
- Developing and maintaining data models (DBT, Snowflake) to automate reporting and establish a single source of truth
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business challenges and build BI solutions that enhance performance
- Solving complex business problems with advanced analytics, leveraging innovation, including Gen AI, to optimize processes and reporting

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 4+ years of dedicated experience in Business Insights and Analytics functions
- Proficient in Snowflake, SQL, Google Spreadsheets, Tableau, and DBT, with an understanding of Prompt Engineering for Gen AI solutions
- Proven ability to drive analytics solutions in multidisciplinary environments, collaborating effectively with diverse internal teams
- Passionate about applying data analytics to solve business problems, with a strong drive to learn, iterate, and innovate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong team player capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry sectors
- Demonstrate practical experience applying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or machine learning applications in GTM context
