Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Launch Analytics:
Analyse pre-launch and post-launch performance metrics (uptake, penetration, competitor benchmarks).
Develop frameworks for analogue forecasting and scenario planning.
Marketing Performance:
Track KPIs across campaigns, channels, and geographies.
Provide insights on ROI, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
Strategic Insights:
Support portfolio planning and pipeline prioritization.
Deliver dashboards and reports for leadership reviews.
Collaboration:
Work closely with brand teams, commercial excellence, and finance to align on goals and performance metrics.
Required Skills
Strong background in marketing analytics within pharma or life sciences.
Expertise in interpreting large datasets and translating into actionable insights.
Ability to communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and Qlik Sense for data visualization and reporting.
Exposure to IQVIA or similar pharma datasets.
What you'll bring to the role:
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years in commercial pharma analytics or marketing performance roles.
Proven track record in launch analytics and KPI-driven decision support
