All about the role
Mastercard Services is seeking a content and campaign-focused marketer to join us as Senior Marketing Analyst of the Integrated Capability Marketing function within its B2B Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping shape the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing plans in support of our Services business and ensuring a cohesive marketing approach to delivering value through all channels. This role will require expertise in storytelling, cross-channel campaign strategy and execution, customer centricity and cross-functional teaming.
Key Responsibilities:
Capability Positioning:• Be an expert on buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria, as well as on the key competition and their positioning to understand the needs and development of our capability marketing messages and collateral. • Develop customer-centric positioning for Mastercard Services capabilities to support scalable and effective marketing campaigns. • Translate capability positioning into cohesive narratives that bolster the Services brand in each capability's domain and accelerate commercial opportunities.
Integrated Campaign Strategy and Execution:• Ideate, develop, and continuous optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels and customer touchpoints.• Utilize all market insights, customer feedback, and performance analytics to ensure campaigns are effectively driving desired outcomes while maintaining consistency with our brand identity and overarching business objectives.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:• Extract actionable insights from campaign performance data to support decision-making.• Deliver regular updates to marketing leadership on campaign performance, ROI, and market trends, providing strategic recommendations for enhancing our marketing effectiveness and achieving business goals.
Strategic Marketing Influence:• Ensure a cohesive approach to working across product, commercialization, strategy, communication, demand generation, and sales functions to deliver compelling narratives and buying experiences that drive customer engagement, brand loyalty, and business growth.• Proactively serves as subject matter expert regarding marketing strategy and competitive positioning of our Services offerings. • Responsible for influencing associates at all levels of the organization regarding the integrated capability marketing approach for target audiences and regions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:• Serve as a liaison for the integrated capability marketing plan, fostering robust collaborative relationships among product, product marketing, commercialization, communications, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams. • Enable seamless communication and alignment of objectives to drive a unified marketing strategy that accurately represents our diverse capability portfolios and resonates with target audiences and market categories.• Shares best-practices and deep expertise of capability marketing with the broader marketing team at Mastercard.
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience - preferably for a SaaS company.• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B setting across complex and diverse industries and/or regions.• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.• Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of driving marketing performance and ROI for a global portfolio.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with high-performing teammates and cross functional team members to fulfill a common vision and mission.
