Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $90,500 to $113,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.

About the Role
World Wide Technology has an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our ATC
Development team. Our analysts are embedded across a broad portfolio of products and
platforms, spanning public-facing web applications, internal business tools, mobile applications, and enterprise learning and lab environments. There are no skill silos here - analysts utilize a broad range of functional and technical skills, speak the language of both the business and developers, and are expected to be creative and forward-thinking. Analysts may be aligned to one or more areas and may shift focus as business needs evolve. Clear career paths exist to Lead Analyst, Solutions Architect, or Team Lead.
Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the product areas and platforms you support,
    owning them from requirements through production.
  • Stakeholder partnership mindset - builds trust by treating stakeholders as collaborators
  • Adapt quickly as priorities shift - supporting different product areas or teams over time is a defining feature of this role.
  • Own your product board - know what is in flight, what is coming, and why it matters.
  • Host and drive quarterly stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and feature reviews.
  • Lead end-to-end testing of features and releases, including production validation on
    release days. Expect to spend roughly 10-15% of your time each week testing in some capacity.
  • Manage and triage ServiceNow tickets for your product areas with urgency and a
    customer service mindset.
  • Maintain clear documentation for every release - processes, enhancements, and system changes.
  • Monitor and present product metrics and usage data to support informed stakeholder decisions.
  • Identify gaps, propose improvements, and proactively surface opportunities before they become problems.
  • Participate in the design, development, and testing of software utilizing both custom-developed and third-party tools.
  • Debug production issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and support your team on release days.
  • Use AI tools as part of your workflow and follow Agile methodologies throughout.
