iAGAM is seeking a motivated and experienced investment professional to join its Investment Strategy & Client Solutions team, dedicated to client relation management and business development. Reporting to the Senior Director, Investment Strategy & Client Solutions, you will partner closely with portfolio managers and business development teams by combining technical expertise and your communication skills to support the organization’s growth, as well as income and asset retention. You will also participate in a broad range of projects and activities.

Here are the main responsibilities:
Deliver a high standard of client service by responding to internal and external requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Contribute to the development, review, and quality control of client-facing materials, including marketing presentations, portfolio commentaries, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), RFP/RFI responses, and periodic client reports.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of investment data across internal databases and external platforms (e.g., eVestment, Morningstar), supporting the firm’s positioning with consultants and institutional clients.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of iAGAM’s investment strategies, portfolio positioning, and market views, as well as evolving client needs and industry trends.
Partner closely with portfolio managers, client relationship managers, and business development teams to support client engagements, advisor meetings, and consultant interactions, including preparation of tailored content and participation in presentations.
Support the team’s thought leadership efforts by helping articulate market insights, investment themes, and product positioning in a clear and compelling manner.
Collaborate proactively with distribution partners and wholesaling teams to ensure effective dissemination of investment content and alignment of messaging across client channels.
Assist in the planning and execution of client events, roadshows, and conferences, including content preparation, logistics coordination, and follow-up activities.
Liaise with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Fund Management Oversight teams to gather and validate information required for client servicing, reporting, and communications.
Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc strategic initiatives, including enhancements to reporting, RFP processes, and data management workflows.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 2–5 years of relevant experience in asset management, sales support, client portfolio management, or a similar function.
Is self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to contribute to asset growth and client retention.
Has a Bachelor’s in finance, business administration, or other related fields. CFA or CIM designations preferred.
Stands out for their ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions, building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Demonstrates strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex investment concepts to diverse audiences with varying degrees of investment knowledge, and ability to discern and adapt to different levels of sophistication.
Is recognized for their In-depth knowledge of global financial markets and investment products and who's willing to travel
Advanced proficiency in French and English are required, as the individual will need to communicate and deliver presentations to internal and external clients across Canada on a weekly basis.
