  • Improve user experience and team efficiency by experimenting and implementing new processes or techniques for ad hoc analysis, recurring reporting, or dashboard development

You’re a great fit for this role if:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an analytics role focused on developing and delivering ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and/or custom dashboards.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Tableau (or similar data visualization platforms), with advanced skills in building dashboards from scratch.
  • Experience working with complex datasets, integrating business logic into metric definitions, and leveraging internal documentation (e.g., ERD, coding scripts, Confluence) to understand data models and the ETL process.
  • Experience building custom data models or collaborating with data engineers on ETL pipelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

  • Experience in the social care network or healthcare payer market, specifically related to marketing, risk analytics, and member engagement preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge of Snowflake Cortex AI and/or Streamlit preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge of data pipeline tools such as dbt and Airflow is preferred.
