Position Purpose:
The Senior Analyst, Advertising Operations is responsible for delivering campaign activation excellence and a best-in-class advertiser experience by owning end-to-end execution for assigned advertisers/pods, translating performance into optimization recommendations, and proactively resolving operational or platform issues. This role strengthens advertiser experience through clear communication, analysis, and scalable enablement, partnering cross-functionally to improve outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertiser Support & Account Partnership- 25%
- Serve as a trusted day-to-day partner for assigned advertisers/pods, provide guidance that balances advertiser goals with operational best practices.
- Support onboarding and ongoing enablement by contributing to walkthroughs, structured communications, and how-to resources
- Proactively mitigate issues (delays, reporting questions, pacing concerns) with clear updates and next steps.
Campaign Activation & Operational Execution-25%
- Lead and own campaign operations across assigned scope while meeting deadlines, partnering with Analyst on flawless execution.
- Ensure campaign setup aligns to execution standards and operational requirements, coordinate dependencies with partners.
Performance Reporting, Insights, and Optimization-25%
Own recurring and ad hoc reporting, translate findings into clear recommendations and actions.
Conduct deeper analyses (e.g., taxonomy, SKU-level insights, creative performance, pacing drivers) to improve outcomes.
Present and track key metrics that support optimization, operational efficiency, and stakeholder visibility.
Process Improvement and Cross-Functional Collaboration-15%
- Build and refine scalable workflows, systems, and documentation to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
