Role Summary and Impact

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Digital team, supporting process improvement, project automation, and technology solutions. Working with the team lead, you will drive data analysis initiatives, design database structures, automate workflows, and apply ETL techniques to turn complex data into information that supports effective decision-making.

This role combines data analysis, database design, artificial intelligence, and project coordination, with opportunities to contribute throughout the project lifecycle—from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.

In this role, you will:

• Apply artificial intelligence tools and techniques to support data standardization.

• Design and maintain efficient, scalable database resources to support data processing and analysis.

• Lead process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Improve and systematize workflows to optimize project and product delivery.

• Apply ETL techniques to extract, transform, and load data for advanced analysis.

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, coordinating activities to ensure effective delivery.

• Investigate and resolve complex technical problems accurately and promptly.

• Lead the analysis of large datasets to uncover actionable insights.

• Oversee automated report generation to improve access to information and support decision-making.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in data management, with practical exposure to artificial intelligence, mathematical models, and/or large-scale data processing.

• Solid experience in database design and analysis.

• In-depth, hands-on knowledge of SQL Server and Azure Data Tools.

• Strong Python skills for data analysis and automation.

• Strong leadership and project coordination skills, with the ability to guide technical work and organize delivery.

• Demonstrated capabilities in innovation, continuous improvement, and self-directed learning.

• The ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and working environments.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, precise work.
