TITLE: Accounts Receivable, Senior Analyst
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Senior Analyst, Accounts Receivable at Duck Creek Technologies plays a vital role in supporting the invoicing process across the organization. Reporting to the Associate Manager of Accounts Receivable, this position is responsible for assisting in the management of all invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and facilitating communication with internal teams and external customers. This role is essential for maintaining efficient accounts receivable operations within our global software environment.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Assist in managing SaaS invoicing for Software Licensing, Maintenance, and Professional Services.

Support the project management of invoicing requests and address issues from both internal teams and external customers.

Collaborate with Project Managers to gather and verify invoicing information.

Handle routine custom invoicing inquiries with guidance from senior staff.
-
Aid in the delivery of invoices to external parties, including integration with third-party systems such as Ariba or Coupa.

Support the assessment of CPI/ECI increases for annual software renewals according to contractual terms.

Maintain accurate supporting documentation within Workday Financials.
-
Contact customers for overdue invoices and follow up on payment status.

Identify and report any problems in invoicing processes to senior team members.

Assist in preparing invoicing reports for internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

Support the Associate Manager with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE:
REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent additional years of experience
-
3+ years of applicable experience
PREFERRED:
-
Familiarity with SaaS invoicing processes.
-
Experience with financial management systems, such as Workday Financials, Ariba, Coupa, Fieldglass or similar platforms.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general financial reporting tools.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards.

Special Hours: Seven to ten days a month during the closing period, you will be required to work from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST. This schedule ensures global alignment and supports effective collaboration with the US time zone.
