Hiring for professional positions has started and this position as Senior Analyst in our finance teams is now open, to be starting in January 2026. Our Finance teams work hard to optimize our current and long-term success and enable our ongoing strategy of innovation, leadership, and focus. As part of the plant team, whether providing analysis, forecasting, or reporting financial information, your application of accurate financial business practices will play a fundamental role in how we impact the quality of life for patients all over the world.
How you'll make an impact:
Prepare and process month-end journal entries; prepare balance sheet account reconciliations; calculate, update, and assist maintenance of different master data in ERP system; gather data and generate reports in support of trend analysis.
Prepare timely month end closing including statutory annual reports. Review and assess the status of accounting books, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with STAT GAAP and US GAAP. Support quarterly and annual US GAAP tax provision reporting including directing and reviewing local tax packages. Manage and complete financial activities including tax filings.
Internal, external audit and advisor’s liaison. Liaise with U.S. corporate finance teams to ensure alignment on reporting and compliance. Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, fixed asset audits, and physical inventory requirements.
Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to develop financial dashboards, global reporting, and analysis (e.g., plan metrics, cost of quality, financial tracking).
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (Required)
5 years minimum of previous related experience (Required)
Accounting, forecasting, planning, or expense analysis experience (Preferred)
Experience working in an international company (Preferred)
What else we look for:
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and related financial systems; ERP (e.g., JDE, Oracle, SP) experience preferred
Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
Solid knowledge of financial concepts and principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills to work internally and externally, and ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the department on specific projects
Solid problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
Expertise in own functional areas and general knowledge of other areas impacted within the business
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and strict attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
