Essential Key Responsibilities
- Proactively and effectively manage and resolve a variety of questions and support requests, inclusive of making administrative changes as required, within SLAs in support of revenue close.
- Provide first-line analysis to determine root cause of issues reported.
- Provide Sales support in product configuration and pricing.
- Work closely with the Business & Technology teams, as well as Finance, Legal and Delivery and other business partners to resolve issues and questions as required.
- Recommend system changes to reduce end-user issues or improve efficiencies and drive to closure.
- Coordinate small project work, inclusive of business requirements and working with respective business/technology teams to implement.
- Support additional revenue close activities.
- Perform reconciliations in support of usage-related queries, as well as assist with 606 completeness.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required with 2-5 years of experience
Essential Skills and/or Certifications
- Knowledge of ordering/contracting/billing process and order management tools, with D&B experience a significant plus.
- Provide professional, clear, unambiguous, and complete written and verbal communication that ensures the intended audience receives information appropriately.
- Prior experience with sales support and finance operations a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively, understand directions and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, customer-focus with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to re-prioritization in a rapidly changing environment; ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
