Senior Analyst in Access Management
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Access Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in CDMX, México. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Analyst in Access Management, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing user access lifecycle processes, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with security protocols across Americas including US, Canada, and LAC regions.
We will count on you to:
- Support onboarding processes for new employees and verify related procedures Review checklists to ensure all access management steps are completed accurately
- Manage account creation, including email accounts, and close all processes when employees leave the company
- Handle escalations and lifecycle management with confidence and professionalism
- Provide support for Active Directory, Exchange, M365, ServiceNow, and shared folder management
- Collaborate effectively with multicultural teams across Americas, delivering VIP support under pressure
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in Active Directory Management (Accounts and Groups), Lifecycle processes (Onboarding and Offboarding), Exchange and M365 (personal and shared mailboxes, licenses), ServiceNow, and Shared Folder Management
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
