The Senior Analyst – Access Management is an individual contributor role responsible for supporting the delivery and operation of access management services across the organization.
The role focuses on managing and resolving access-related requests and issues, supporting employees with technology and application access, following established security and change management processes, and ensuring services are delivered in line with defined standards and audit requirements.
Working closely with colleagues across Technology and project teams, the Senior Analyst will help ensure that access services remain secure, compliant and responsive to business needs.
We will count on you to:
Follow up on questions, issues, and suggestions, responding to colleague enquiries with appropriate urgency.
Manage all GLAM-related incidents and tasks, providing a professional level of support in every colleague interaction.
Support colleagues across Technology in identifying issues and contributing to effective remediation.
Respond to queries, where appropriate, regarding the use of current and emerging technologies.
Build a strong understanding of colleague requirements and key business applications.
Adhere to documented standards and defined processes.
Follow all company and role-specific security policies.
Ensure compliance with SOX and FSA audit requirements, applying best-practice processes for all incidents and requests through the corporate incident and request management system, ServiceNow.
Regularly attend and actively participate in team meetings and one-to-one discussions with the line manager.
What you need to have?
2+ years of experience in Access Management or a related technology role.
Experience working in a large global organization, supporting internal customers and colleagues.
Extensive experience working with Active Directory and NTFS security permission management.
Solid knowledge and experience working with Active Directory across multiple domains.
Solid knowledge and experience working with Exchange across multiple domains.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within Marsh Tech and across other interdependent business functions on issues of varying complexity, demonstrating strong judgment and flexibility in response.
Strong organizational skills, with a focus on detail and proactive follow-up to incidents and requests.
Ability to work independently when required, completing tasks quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business demands and evolving working practices as required by the GLAM Management team.
