Position title: Senior All Source Analyst
Location: Coronado, CA
Clearance required: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support the customer with comprehensive and integrated analysis of threats in order to support and provide informed and accurate recommendations for mission planning, the employment of naval forces and capabilities in deliberate, dynamic, and time-sensitive environments. This will include both long term assessments and short-term analysis of developing and near real-time events that shape operations, actions, and other activities.
- Provide assistance on short timeline responses to specific questions pertaining to policy and operational plans; analyze subject plans and concepts for areas of concern; research and analyze various pertinent policies, strategies, and inform planning efforts and new concept development.
- Leverage small teams to conduct research, both unclassified and classified, on various topics supporting ongoing and emerging operational scenarios.
- Lead MSC efforts with other warfighting and IC partners to identify critical vulnerabilities and gaps in adversary capabilities that can be exploited by forces using both emergent and existing technologies and processes.
- Alone or as a part of a team, research, acquire, process, analyze, and fuse data to derive usable intelligence. Interact across the IC to achieve useful results. Generate tailored intelligence data, products, and services that meet the needs of customers.
- Alone or as part of a team, research, analyze, and generate data, products, or services that support operational planning across the entire spectrum of SOF conflict. Assist in developing tactical recommendations to operations planners. Assist in generating operational plans (OPLANs), concept plans (CONPLANs), concepts of operations (CONOPS), and other mission feasibility and planning products as needed.
- Alone or as part of a team, periodically review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical procedures, best practices, hardware and software tools, and data sources and repositories to determine if they are remaining effective and relevant or if new ones are required. Assist in drafting requirements for new capabilities.
- Alone or as part of a team, as directed acquire, review, edit, or generate new training materials and modules pertaining to all source analysis activities. As needed, provide that training to junior analysts. Recommend qualification standards for analysts.
- Shall possess a Top-Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Shall possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport prior to onboarding
- Shall have demonstrated experience and ability to research, gather data, assemble and analyze facts, draw conclusions, and develop solutions to intelligence- and system-related problems.
- Shall have a comprehensive knowledge of intelligence data types, formats, structures, and applicability of existing intelligence databases (e.g., MIDB, TAC, Palantir).
- Shall possess knowledge and ability to use email and Microsoft Office applications (at a minimum including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Shall possess excellent work ethics, verbal and written communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions.
- Shall write clear and complete correspondence in standard military formats (e.g., OPORDs, WARNORDs, SITREPs).
- Minimum of TEN (10) years cumulative professional experience working directly in the intelligence and/or cryptologic community (verifiable via employment history and assigned billets).
- Minimum of three (3) years experience working with or providing direct support to SOF Forces.
- Documented SOF experience working "hard target" analysis.
- Minimum of three (3) years of documented experience serving on, or providing direct intelligence support to, an operational SOF Task Groups. The resume must demonstrate performance in at least two of the following three capacities:
- Acting as an Intelligence or Cryptologic Branch Chief/NCOIC
- Direct participation in OPLAN/CONPLAN/CONOP development, staffing, and approval.
- Providing tailored Information Warfare Community (IWC) support to maritime SOF operations
Skills Required
- Top-Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Valid U.S. passport or ability to obtain prior to onboarding.
- Minimum of ten (10) years cumulative professional experience in the intelligence and/or cryptologic community.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience working with or providing direct support to SOF Forces.
- Documented SOF experience performing hard-target analysis.
- Minimum of three (3) years documented experience serving on or providing direct intelligence support to operational SOF Task Groups; resume must demonstrate performance in at least two of: Acting as an Intelligence or Cryptologic Branch Chief/NCOIC; direct participation in OPLAN/CONPLAN/CONOP development, staffing, and approval; providing tailored IWC support to maritime SOF operations.
- Demonstrated ability to research, gather data, assemble and analyze facts, draw conclusions, and develop intelligence solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of intelligence data types, formats, structures, and applicability of existing intelligence databases (e.g., MIDB, TAC, Palantir).
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to produce administrative and routine products accurately.
- Ability to write clear correspondence in standard military formats (e.g., OPORDs, WARNORDs, SITREPs).
