Senior AI Systems Engineer

We're building the operational backbone behind the next generation of intelligent systems.

You'll join our XR & Intelligent Systems team, where you'll work alongside experienced specialists to design and build production-ready solutions that combine software engineering, AI and modern system architecture.

Examples of what you'll build include:

• AI-powered decision support

• LLM- and agent-based solutions

• AI integrated with enterprise platforms and operational data

• Real-time data pipelines

• Intelligent system architecture

• Digital Twin capabilities

You'll work closely with architects, software engineers and domain specialists across TechSeed to transform complex operational challenges into production-ready intelligent systems.

What you'll bring
We believe you'll recognize yourself in several of these areas:

• Strong software engineering background

• Python

• LLMs and modern AI frameworks

• RAG and AI agents

• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)

• APIs and distributed systems

• Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD

• MLOps and production AI

Experience from industrial systems, embedded software, IoT or operational technology is an advantage, but curiosity, strong engineering skills and a passion for solving complex problems are even more important.

• You enjoy combining software engineering, architecture and AI to build solutions that create measurable business value.

• You're comfortable taking ownership, challenging ideas and collaborating with other senior specialists.

• Most importantly, you're motivated by building intelligent systems that solve real-world operational challenges.

• Due to the nature of many of our client engagements, professional proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required.

• Working together with experts across AI, Cloud, Embedded Systems, Enterprise Integration and XR, you'll help shape solutions that support real-world operations—not just demonstrations.
