- Design, implement, and maintain unified automation plugin wrappers for Unreal Engine and Unity 3D to ensure seamless integration with AI toolset.
- Build agentic automation using Python to orchestrate complex testing scenarios between the game client and the AI controller.
- Design and refine existing algorithms to improve system performance and accuracy, directly impacting the end-user experience and agent efficiency.
- Act as a champion for clean code, solid principles, and design patterns, ensuring that all frameworks are maintainable, scalable, and modular.
- 3+ years of professional experience in game development or game engine development (preferably Unreal Engine or Unity 3D).
- Strong engineering implementation skills with proficiency in at least one of the following: C++, C#, or Python.
- High analytical skills and ability to cope with rapidly changing environments and evolving technical requirements typical of AI research and agile game development
- A deep understanding of Game AI (Pathfinding, Behavior Trees, Reinforcement learning, LLM integration) and game testing methodologies is highly desirable.
