Purpose of Role/Summary:

The Senior AI specialist will work in the AI team responsible for prototyping new solutions utilizing AI in all aspects of business at Ingot. The team will work closely with product teams, data operations team and infrastructure team to spearhead AI initiatives. The work will encompass both classic ML models, deep learning models and generative AI applications. We are looking for highly adaptive, ready to learn and motivated team members.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Design and build proof-of-concept (POC) AI applications to explore and validate use cases across the organization
• Develop, train, and maintain predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support data-driven decision-making
• Architect and implement AI infrastructure and ecosystems to support agentic and autonomous applications
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to staff on the effective use of selected AI tools and platforms
• Build and maintain systems for detecting market trends and emerging patterns using real-time data analytics
• Automate document processing workflows through the application of AI-powered recognition and classification tools
• Develop and optimize pipelines for multimodal content generation, including text, image, and video synthesis
• Any other duties relevant to the role that might be assigned
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent Python programming skills
• Good statistics background
• Real-world experience with Generative AI implementations
• Strong grasp of RAG pipelines and agentic reasoning patterns
• Experience in training deep neural networks and design transformer-like architectures
• Experience with libraries such as Pydantic AI and Chainlit is a plus
• Basic GIT knowledge
• Ability to train non-technical staff on AI tools and practices
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication Skills
• Curious and self-motivated, with a passion for emerging AI technologies
• Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
