Key Responsibilities- Conduct extensive research in artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop state-of-the-art models that can be applied to various domains within the organization.
- Design and implement robust AI algorithms and frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency in model performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead the development of advanced proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes to demonstrate the potential of AI technologies to stakeholders.
- Evaluate and refine existing models, implementing best practices to enhance their accuracy and reliability.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI research, providing thought leadership and insights to the team and the organization.
- Document methodologies, findings, and insights to foster knowledge sharing and ensure reproducibility of results.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a strong research background.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in designing and developing AI models, particularly in natural language processing and large-scale machine learning applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, along with extensive experience using AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and computational methods.
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex datasets and develop accurate predictive models.
