Senior AI Project & Program Manager (f/m/d)

As our Senior AI Project & Program Manager (f/m/d), you will oversee multiple projects and programs for the Customer team, driving success for the business. 
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and execute program roadmaps, aligning projects with strategic business goals. 

• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program objectives are met across various initiatives. 

• Drive project and program progresses ensuring the set timelines and business goals are met 

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers, partners and clients to define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements. 

• Implement and maintain program management methodologies, tools, and best practices. 

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across projects and programs. 

• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. 

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. 

• Manage the solution implementation project lifecycle, from planning, implementing, testing, deployment, stabilizing to support and hand over. 

• Drive continuous improvement in project and program management processes. 

YOUR PROFILE 

• Extensive experience in Project and Program Management in Enterprise Software Environments.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Proven experience of managing complex, multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment .

• Deep knowledge of the Enterprise Software Applications, particularly ERP, SCM or CRM systems.

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong expertise in risk management, mitigation, and strategic thinking within a business-focused mindset. 

• Native German proficiency and fluency in English are required.
