Seeking a Senior AI Product Management professional to drive the design and development of applied AI solutions. Responsibilities include shaping product vision and strategy, translating business and user needs into actionable roadmaps, and establishing product principles and user experience standards. The role involves leading product design for AI applications (such as GenAI, conversational AI, and intelligent automation), facilitating ideation and prototyping, and maintaining robust design systems. Additional duties include developing reusable frameworks, applying service design and information architecture principles, ensuring accessibility, and conducting user research and usability testing to inform and improve AI products. This position requires a track record in enterprise AI product design and expertise in supporting innovation and rapid development for platform teams.

Required Qualifications
4+ years’ experience in product design, UX/UI, or product management, with proven success designing enterprise AI/ML products.
Expertise in digital product development, including conversational AI, GenAI, automation, and data-driven platforms.
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro) and prototyping methods.
Strong knowledge of accessibility, visual design, data visualization, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React).
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, GenAI platforms, responsible AI practices, API integration, and agile methodologies.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into product strategy.
