Job Description: We are looking for an AI Lead to fill a senior strategic leadership role. The main objective is to lead Artificial Intelligence projects, driving continuous process improvement and designing cross-functional solutions that directly impact business results. As an AI reference within the company, you will be the bridge between technological capabilities and the needs of operational and commercial areas.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead AI and automation initiatives from conception to deployment, ensuring continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Organizational Reference: Act as the AI consulting expert for all areas of the company, facilitating the adoption of new technologies.
- Mixed Team Management: Lead and unite teams composed of internal talent and external consultancies, integrating providers as strategic team partners.
- Solution Design: Translate business challenges into viable AI architectures, defining the technology stack and necessary components.
- Strategic Coordination: Align new developments with ongoing projects to ensure a coherent and efficient technological architecture.
Requirements
- Experience: Solid track record leading AI, Data, or Automation projects with real and measurable impact on business processes.
- Leadership Profile: Demonstrable ability to manage high-performance teams and work with multiple vendors under an integrated collaboration scheme.
- Technical Criteria: Deep understanding of AI architectures and software components to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions about the technology stack.
- Systems Design: Ability to design comprehensive solutions that solve complex problems in a scalable way.

- High-Level Communication: Exceptional ability to interact with business profiles, explaining technical concepts in terms of value and return on investment.
