Role and Responsibilities

How You Make a Difference

As a Senior AI Strategist & Innovator, you will lead the development and execution of Samsung’s AI strategy in the Netherlands. Working closely with ICT, operations, and senior leadership, you will embed AI into the organization’s core processes. You identify high-impact opportunities, define a clear roadmap, and drive adoption across the business. You bring people and processes together, bridging the gap between business needs and technological possibilities.
You not only think big — you also know how to make AI work in practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion a forward-looking AI vision aligned with the broader business strategy.
• Identify AI-driven opportunities and set priorities across business units.
• Create and manage a strategic AI roadmap focused on impact, feasibility, and adoption.
• Lead cross-functional programs and change initiatives related to AI and automation.
• Guide the practical implementation of AI solutions, from concept to rollout.
• Engage internal stakeholders (up to C-level) and build alignment and support.
• Monitor external trends and translate them into strategic insights for Samsung.
• Act as an internal thought leader and ambassador for AI and innovation.

Skills and Qualifications

What Are Your Assets

You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering innovation. You don’t need to code—but you do understand where AI can make a difference and how to translate complex technology into tangible business value.

We also request:

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, or digital transformation roles.
• Experience with implementing AI/ML solutions in business environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-related initiatives at a strategic level.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including C-level engagement.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and change trajectories.
• Strong conceptual thinking combined with a pragmatic mindset.
• Fluency in English (required); Dutch is a plus.
