Senior AI Engineer

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Senior AI Engineer you will:
Lead the design and deployment of scalable, production-grade AI systems and agentic workflows
Implement orchestration layers to manage multi-step reasoning, tool routing, and agent coordination
Apply context engineering techniques—including prompt design, retrieval augmentation, and memory systems—to enhance model performance and reliability
Monitor and evaluate AI behavior in production environments, using tracing and evaluation frameworks to ensure robustness and transparency
Develop reusable APIs and services that treat AI components as modular, product-grade capabilities
Define reusable components, frameworks, and standards across teams to accelerate AI solution delivery
Mentor junior engineers and help shape best practices in code quality and evaluation.
Collaborate closely with Data Science and AI/ML Ops teams to implement scalable delivery patterns for AI solutions
Conduct experimentation using the scientific method, including A/B testing and hypothesis-driven evaluation, to validate model outputs and user impact
Partner with stakeholders to identify new stakeholders for AI integration and continuous improvement
Share learnings, develop standards and educate the wider business on responsible and effective use of Generative AI

Languages & Frameworks: Python
AI/ML Frameworks: LangGraph, ADK, A2A for agentic workflows and orchestration
Web & API Development: FastAPI for building scalable, production-grade APIs and microservices
AI Infrastructure: Langfuse or MLflow for tracing, evaluation, and observability; vector databases; and cloud-native infrastructure for scalable, context-aware AI systems
Cloud Platforms: GCP, AWS, Azure and Databricks for deployment, data access, and infrastructure management
