Your Impact:

• Develop prototypes and proof of concepts in one or all of the following areas: LLM (Large Language Model), NLP (Natural Language Processing),  a predictive AI project with its life cycle,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement end-to-end  machine learning solutions, following industry-leading ML-Ops best practices,
• Work with stakeholders to understand business problems,
• Participate in internal and public funded research projects,
• Build systems and pipelines for continually processing and filtering large amounts of data,
• Work towards long-term ambitious research goals, while identifying intermediate milestones.

What You Bring to the Table:

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics or related fields,
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development (in relevant field of studies), with a strong foundation in AI/ML technologies.
• Master proficiency in Machine Learning, Expert proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
• Experience in RAG implementation / optimization (LangChain / HayStack or LlamaIndex knowledge, Prompt engineering, LLM understanding), Knowledge of huggingface libraries (datasets, transformers...)
• Demonstrated experience with the latest NLP technologies (LLMs), machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis methods,
• Define and develop cutting-edge AI and LLM-based solutions, tailored to enhance and innovate design and verification processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R,
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, software architecture, and web services,
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Git versioning) for deploying scalable applications,
• Experience in handling large datasets, data preprocessing, exploration, and visualization tools,
• Ability to extract actionable insights from data and communicate findings clearly,
• Fluent in English,
• Eligibility to work in Turkey.
