You will serve as a technical authority on a high-impact team, moving beyond traditional deterministic coding to embrace hypothesis-driven development and experimental prototyping that will define the next generation of industry-leading cloud applications.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable solutions that successfully integrate cutting-edge AI models into our existing .NET/C# and Angular ecosystem.
Lead hypothesis-driven development by running technical experiments, analyzing telemetry, and iterating on prototypes to solve complex "black box" challenges.
Master emerging AI technologies like Agentic AI, Computer Vision, and LLM integrations through self-directed learning and mentor team members on these breakthroughs.
Write resilient, high-quality code that gracefully manages the non-deterministic nature of AI, including confidence scores and complex edge cases.
Partner daily with Product and Architecture leads to define technical feasibility and translate ambiguous business needs into robust, scalable software.
Essential Skills & Experience
5-8+ years of proven experience in Software Engineering with deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Object-Oriented Design.
Strong proficiency in Angular (TypeScript) and building robust Web APIs/REST APIs.
Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and solving highly complex technical problems independently.
Experience utilizing AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT to accelerate development workflows and debug complex issues.
Solid grasp of statistics or linear algebra to evaluate data and prove technical hypotheses.
Bonus Points For:
Prior experience or fluency in Python and bash scripting.
Conceptual understanding of MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud-native ML services.
Familiarity with vector search technologies like MongoDB Atlas Search or Pinecone.
Exposure to LangChain, prompt engineering, or computer vision techniques.

Skills Required
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 7+ years of progressively responsible and relevant experience in AI/ML
- Proven track record as a Principal or Lead Machine Learning Engineer
- Expert-level fluency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch required, TensorFlow welcome)
- Extensive experience with Linux and bash scripting
- Exceptional practical statistical sense for rigorous experiments and analysis
- Deep expertise in generative AI models and their applications
