As our AI Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping AI features that directly impact our SaaS product and customers. This isn’t just about building models — it’s about understanding the product vision, questioning assumptions, and finding creative ways to apply AI that truly make a difference for our users.
You’ll work closely with our core team to prototype rapidly, validate ideas, and scale solutions, balancing innovation with reliability. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate AI concepts into user-facing features that deliver real value.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and refine AI models and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas before scaling.
- Apply AI/ML expertise (LLMs, RAG, vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, etc.) to design innovative, product-ready solutions.
- Use critical thinking to evaluate trade-offs between speed, accuracy, scalability, and user experience.
- Architect and implement scalable AI systems and pipelines that integrate smoothly with our SaaS platform.
- Design evaluation frameworks to measure impact using both technical metrics (latency, accuracy) and product metrics (engagement, adoption).
- Stay curious and continuously explore new tools, frameworks, and approaches beyond traditional ML, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Document clearly, not just the “how” but also the “why” behind design decisions, making reasoning transparent.
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, learning, and growth, where feedback and new ideas are actively welcomed.
What you need to be successful
Proven experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or similar, ideally in product companies or SaaS environments.
Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, RAG, and building NLP/conversational/recommender systems.
Track record in Generative AI development and prompt engineering best practices.
Experience working with large datasets and using visualization tools to communicate insights.
Strong English communication skills — able to explain complex ideas clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
Demonstrated product mindset — not just building models, but thinking about user value and product impact.
Strong critical thinking — challenges assumptions, proposes alternatives, and balances trade-offs.
A growth mindset — curious, open to feedback, constantly learning and experimenting with new approaches.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, with ownership and drive to deliver meaningful results.
