Responsibilities 🤓
- Design and build production-grade AI agents and LLM-powered systems.
- Develop multimodal data ingestion and structured information extraction pipelines for unstructured data sources.
- Integrate AI agents with tools, APIs, data sources, and MCP.
- Build evaluation and testing frameworks to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Own AI solutions end-to-end, from requirements and architecture to deployment and optimization.
Required Skills 💻
- Strong Python experience building production-grade AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and Agentic AI.
- Experience with MCP, tool calling, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of RAG architectures, knowledge graphs, and multimodal data parsing (e.g., audio, images, unstructured documents).
- Experience with LLM evaluation, hallucination control, and testing.
- Ability to design and deploy scalable AI solutions in production.
- Advanced English and strong communication skills.

Skills Required
- Strong Python with production AI systems shipped and operated (not prototypes)
- Hands-on experience with frontier LLM APIs and a production agent SDK
- Solid grasp of agent architecture: agent loops, tool use, agent skills, and MCP
- Document AI experience: OCR, advanced image parsing, and table parsing from scanned documents
- Experience evaluating and testing LLM systems, including hallucination control and abstention behavior
- Familiarity with common commercial/legal contract clauses (liability caps, indemnity, termination, auto-renewal, assignment, governing law, pricing/escalation)
- Experience building RAG or document QA systems for regulated or legal domains
- Strong written and spoken English; able to work in a distributed team with overlap to North American business hours
