JOB TITLE:  Senior AI Engineer (Generative AI & LLMs)

PURPOSE:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. The role focuses on leveraging large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and modern AI/ML techniques to build scalable, efficient, and business-aligned intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with client-facing communication skills to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs and diffusion models.
• Build, train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Develop and manage end-to-end pipelines for AI applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Work with transformer-based architectures (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) and apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques.
• Develop agentic AI workflows and orchestrate models using frameworks like LangChain and LLM agents.
• Integrate AI models with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for dynamic context-aware responses.
• Build computer vision solutions including object detection, scene understanding, and image captioning using tools like OpenCV, YOLO, or CLIP.
• Develop AI-powered systems such as sentiment analysis and object detection applications.
• Utilize cloud AI services such as Amazon Rekognition and Amazon Bedrock.
• Deploy models using Docker, FastAPI, and other modern deployment frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, accessibility, and human-centric design in all developed systems.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development (senior-level capability preferred).
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Practical experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Hugging Face ecosystem, and Git version control.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and deep learning architectures.
• Experience with LangChain, agentic AI systems, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Familiarity with MCP server integration and context-aware AI systems.
• Experience in computer vision and image processing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and API frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Awareness of ethical AI, accessibility, and inclusive design principles.
