As a Product Owner within the TAA division of Wolters Kluwer, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for one or more enterprise-grade software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features that align with customer needs and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities -
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and customer value.
Define clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, BAs, and PMs to ensure sprint goals are met.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product features.
Participate in PI planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support transition initiatives such as timesheet systems (e.g., Seven Pace) and platform enablement
Required Skills -
6–10 years of experience in product ownership or business analysis in SaaS or enterprise software.
Strong ability to influence and lead without any authority
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Azure DevOps a plus.
Experience with SAFE agile a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFE POPM or equivalent preferred.
