Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated data loss prevention engineer to join our data security team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing, supporting and managing data loss prevention technologies. This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation, operation, and optimization of our data security program.

Required Skills and Experience

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview

• Deep expertise with data loss prevention platforms: Zscaler Data Loss, Microsoft Purview, Zero Trust Exchange components: ZIA, ZCC

• Strong knowledge and background in security architecture, security design, security principles, access control models and defining security frameworks for the enterprise

• Deep experience with data discovery, classification, handling, access, inventory, and retention, including both structured and unstructured data.

• Experienced in web filtering, cloud app policies, and Cloud Browser Isolation.

• Advanced understanding of security protocols, encryption/cryptography, and cloud security.

• Experience implementing and maintaining data security solutions for enterprise environments.

• Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure to enforce policies and reduce risk, they need the ability to persuade others to adhere to standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a data loss prevention system or similar technologies

• 2+ years of experience with a cloud access security broker system or similar technology

• Proficient in the use of regular expressions

• BE/BS degree in Computer Science or related field

• Excellent communication skills

Certifications

• Zscaler Zero Trust Certified Architect (ZTCA)

• Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional-Internet Access (ZCCP-IA)

• Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional-Private Access (ZCCP-PA)

• Zscaler Certified Deployment Specialist (ZCDS)

• Zscaler Certified TAC Associate - Internet Access (ZCTA-IA)

Nice to have

• CISSP

• CCSP

• AWS Security

• Fortinet
