At Fayara, we’re building and scaling high-performance digital infrastructure that powers growth across AdTech and MarTech ecosystems. We’re looking for people who are curious, driven, and eager to take ownership in solving complex, high-impact problems.

Location: Cyprus

Work Model: Fully Onsite (5 days per week) during the first 4 months, followed by a Hybrid model (4 days per week from the office).

Salary: €4,000 - €6,000 gross/month (Depending on experience) + performance bonus

We're looking for an experienced Senior Advertiser Manager to take ownership of one of the most commercially important areas of our business: maximising the value of our traffic through strategic advertiser partnerships.

This isn't a role where you'll simply manage existing accounts and maintain relationships. We're at an exciting stage of growth where our traffic volumes continue to increase, and we're looking for someone who can unlock greater commercial value by expanding our advertiser network, improving pricing, and introducing new monetisation opportunities.

Today, we have strong publisher relationships and a growing volume of high-quality traffic. We're looking for someone who understands how to connect the right traffic with the right partners, helping advertisers improve campaign performance while ensuring our company continues to grow through strong, long-term partnerships.

You'll own relationships across direct advertisers, affiliate networks, agencies, and other performance marketing buyers while helping us expand into new monetisation models, including CPC, where we're investing heavily as part of our future growth strategy.

This is a commercially focused role that combines relationship management, negotiation, market knowledge, and data-driven optimisation. We need someone who enjoys building partnerships but is equally comfortable analysing performance data, identifying opportunities, and pushing for better commercial outcomes.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of our advertiser portfolio, ensuring our traffic is consistently matched with the highest-value buyers across CPL, CPC, API, Email Passing, Smartlink, and other performance marketing solutions.

A significant part of your role will involve identifying new advertiser opportunities, building direct relationships, and creating competition between buyers to maximise both revenue and profitability. You'll negotiate commercial agreements, improve payout rates, and continuously monitor market conditions to ensure our pricing remains competitive.

You'll also play a key role in expanding our CPC offering. As this becomes a strategic area of the business, we're looking for someone who has previous experience selling CPC traffic and can help establish best practices, develop new advertiser relationships, and grow this revenue stream from the ground up.

Working closely with internal teams, you'll monitor campaign performance, optimise traffic allocation, identify underperforming partnerships, and recommend commercial improvements based on data and market insights.

Beyond managing existing partners, you'll continuously evaluate new affiliate networks, direct advertisers, and emerging monetisation opportunities that can increase the long-term value of our traffic.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who already has experience selling digital traffic and managing advertiser relationships within performance marketing.

You'll probably have worked in affiliate marketing, lead generation, performance marketing, ad networks, or similar environments where commercial performance, payouts, and optimisation are central to the role.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked with dating offers or other highly competitive verticals (e.g. iGaming, Crypto, Forex, etc.) where commercial negotiation and advertiser management have a direct impact on profitability.

You'll likely bring:

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing advertiser relationships within affiliate or performance marketing.

  • Experience selling traffic across CPL, CPC, CPA, or similar performance-based models.

  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with a proven ability to improve payouts and maximise revenue.

  • Experience working with direct advertisers, affiliate networks, and performance marketing partners.

  • Good understanding of tracking platforms such as Everflow, Tune, Affise, or similar.

  • Experience using CRM platforms (we use Monday.com).

  • Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple commercial partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within the dating industry would be a significant advantage, as would previous experience launching or growing CPC-based advertiser programmes.

The kind of person who will thrive here

We're looking for someone who naturally thinks commercially and constantly looks for ways to increase value.

The strongest candidates will be proactive, competitive, and relationship-driven. You'll enjoy negotiating, identifying new opportunities, and challenging existing commercial arrangements rather than accepting the status quo.

You'll also be someone who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results. Rather than waiting for opportunities to appear, you'll actively build new partnerships, strengthen existing ones, and continuously look for ways to improve performance.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with analytical thinking. Someone who can build long-term advertiser relationships while making data-driven decisions that maximise revenue and profitability.

What success looks like

During your first few weeks, we'd expect you to develop a strong understanding of our products, traffic sources, advertiser portfolio, and existing commercial partnerships. You'll build relationships with key advertisers while identifying immediate opportunities to improve pricing and optimise performance.

Over the following months, you'll take full ownership of the advertiser portfolio, onboard new high-quality partners, negotiate improved commercial agreements, and help expand our CPC offering. You'll ensure our traffic is consistently sold to the highest-value buyers while increasing competition across our advertiser network.

Success isn't simply measured by the number of advertiser relationships you manage. It's about increasing the commercial value of every piece of traffic we generate, improving advertiser retention, expanding demand, and creating sustainable revenue and profit growth that supports our next stage of expansion.

We value thoughtful applications and review each one carefully. Every application is reviewed by a member of our team. If your experience aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch regarding next steps.

Skills Required

  • Good understanding of tracking platforms such as Everflow, Tune, Affise or similar.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Monday.com).
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
